Angelika Thusius currently lives in Paris with her scientist husband, whom she met in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Originally from Germany, her family moved to Honduras, where she grew up. She has a series of lithographs that were published by the David Barnett Gallery, printed by John Grunewald, and each hand-colored by the artist. David Barnett refers to her as "the Latin American Matisse."
